USAA says early access depends on when it receives notice of payment from the payer, generally one to two business days before the scheduled date. It also says early access is not guaranteed, can vary between pay periods and may be stopped.
Why a fixed USAA date would be misleading
A calculated date can show the earliest reasonable window, but it cannot confirm when DFAS will transmit your particular ACH instruction or when it will appear in your account. For that reason, this site never labels a USAA date as “official.”
If early pay does not appear
An absent early deposit is not necessarily a missing military payment. Wait for the official DFAS payday before treating the payment as late, unless your LES or account information already shows a problem.
